The questions our guests ask most often — from booking direct to packing for the trails. If yours isn't here, get in touch.
Booking & Reservations
Booking directly.
Booking direct means no third-party markup, a clearer cancellation policy, and a real human you can call if anything changes. It also means more of what you pay stays with the people actually running the hotel.
In most cases yes. Our direct rates avoid the booking commissions that third-party sites charge — so the same room is usually less expensive when booked through the property's own website.
Cancellation and change windows are set by each hotel. Most allow free cancellation up to a few days before arrival. Contact the property directly — you'll find them more flexible than a third-party site.
Yes — many guests do. Reach out through our Contact page and we'll help you coordinate dates across two or more Sedona 6 properties.
Choosing the Right Hotel
Finding your perfect fit.
Arroyo Pinion and Southwest Inn are favorites for couples — fireplace rooms, quieter settings, and patios with red rock views. Dreamcatcher is another great pick for a slower, more intimate stay.
GreenTree is our most family-friendly property, with spacious rooms, free breakfast, and easy access to Oak Creek and Slide Rock. Wildflower is a good budget-friendly alternative.
Kokopelli and Dreamcatcher are minutes from Bell Rock and Cathedral Rock. Arroyo Pinion and Southwest Inn are a short drive from West Sedona trails including Soldier Pass and Devil's Bridge.
Wildflower and GreenTree are typically our most value-friendly properties. Rates vary by season — book direct for the best price.

Sedona Travel Tips
Things worth knowing.
March through May and September through November are the most comfortable months — warm days, cool evenings, fewer crowds than summer. Winter is quieter and beautiful; summer is hot but classic for Oak Creek and Slide Rock.
Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock, the Chapel of the Holy Cross, Tlaquepaque, and the Red Rock Scenic Byway are the classics. See our full Attractions page for a local guide.
A car makes Sedona much easier, but not impossible without one. Shuttle services, jeep tours, and rideshare options exist. Some hotels are within walking distance of dining and Tlaquepaque.
A Red Rock Pass is required at many trailheads and scenic pull-offs. Daily, weekly, and annual passes are available at visitor centers and many local stores. State parks like Slide Rock charge separate entrance fees.
Each property's contact information is on its own website — links are in our Our Hotels and Contact pages. For general help across the collection, message us through the contact form.
