A Sedona 6 property in West Sedona
A Welcome From Neil

Hospitality, the Sedona way.

I'm Neil — the owner and operator behind six small hotels in and around Sedona. Each property has its own personality, its own neighborhood, and its own kind of guest. Together they form one trusted collection, run with care and a genuine love for this red-rock country.

Whether you're chasing trailheads, slowing down with a partner, or rolling through on a Southwest road trip, there's a room here with your name on it — and a host who'd rather you book directly than through a stranger's website.

FAQs

Helpful answers before you book.

It depends on the kind of trip you're planning. Couples and trail-day adventurers tend to love Arroyo Pinion and Southwest Inn. Families and road-trippers usually pick GreenTree or Wildflower. Hikers chasing Bell Rock and Cathedral Rock book Kokopelli or Dreamcatcher. Our Our Hotels page has details on each.
Booking direct means no markup, fewer surprises, easier changes, and a real human if anything comes up. The hotel keeps more of what you pay, and you typically get a better rate than the big OTAs advertise.
March through May and September through November are the most comfortable months. Summer is hot but classic for Oak Creek and Slide Rock. Winter is quieter, light snow on the red rocks is unforgettable, and rates are often lowest.
Some of our properties welcome pets and others do not. Always confirm with the individual hotel before booking — pet policies, fees, and room availability vary by property.
Check-in and check-out times are set by each individual property. Please check the hotel's website or call ahead to confirm — early check-in and late check-out can sometimes be arranged when the schedule allows.
